Ryan is feeling much better. Thank you everyone for your emails. Ryan was well enough in fact, that he refused to go to his follow up appointment. So I want it on record that I tried but there is only so much I can do. He still tires easy but was able to move the boat, so today we sit in Bequia, two islands to the South, checking our email and updating you. We will only be here a few days before heading on down to Grenada. But it is beautiful and already rated as one of our favorites.

Hi y'all, we've just heard about Ryan's Dengue diet, hope everything is alright now. I think Sven got Dengue in St Lucia, is that correct?? Glad you're okay again, remember not to push too hard too soon. We are back in Salinas in PR and are having a hard time with shopping fever and the money is wasting away at an alarming rate. Are there any pills or treatments for this????
