Lessons learned from an Old Salty Dawg
*When given the opportunity to be off your leash on the beach, RUN! as fast as you can, and PLAY! as hard as you can; even if you were on the beach the day before.
*There is ALWAYS time for fun.
*Sometimes you should just sit in a shady place and ponder life.
*Always stop and smell the flowers, you never know when there might not be any flowers to smell.
*It's ok to cry when your family & friends leave you.
*And when your family & friends come back it's best to wag your whole butt instead of just your tail. It Lets them know they were missed a lot and are appreciated.
*Don't forget to take long siesta's especially during the hot afternoon, even if you are busy.
*Always stretch when you get up. It makes the nap that much better.
*Take the time to watch the sunsets.
*Don't be afraid to make new friends. You never know when someone new will have a treat waiting for you.
*It's nice to make friends but sometimes you have to Growl at people. Not everyone has treats.
*Sometimes it's better to listen than to speak.
*Cuddle it makes everyone feel better.
*Love with all of your heart.
*Don't be afraid to try new things.
