We left Carrabelle, FL at 9:15am on May 5. The trip here was straight forward and uneventful, just the way we like it. I did a little fishing with all of my new gear and caught 5 King Macreal. I am told that they are not a good fish to freeze and eat later but if we cook em up fresh they will be good. We have had the Spanish Macreal fresh and I think that I will cook them the same way. Pan fry them with a little flour and corn meal mixed with seasoning and pepper. Mmmmm.
We are currently anchored off Cedar Key.
So we can officially add in another 114.3nm to our Travel Log, and another successful trip under our belts.
And guess what….The Phone Works Here!!!!!
