On Thursday Ryan and I took off on our first official trip in the boat.
You know, one that has a specific destination, one that takes planning and charts, one that turned out to be perfect! It wasn't a real long trip (2 days) but it was great, we went from our slip in League City to Offatts Bayou (Moody Gardens, Galveston). The boat handled great, the weather turned out great and we had a great time. Then to make the trip even better on the way back to our slip today we were followed by at least seven dolphins playing right beside the boat! They followed us for several hours it was SOOO COOL! I took some video but it was hard because they would become shy and then I didn't know where they were going to surface at. I also got a few pictures but none of it is as awesome as it was to be standing on the deck watching them. They were soo close. It has been several hours now and I am still excited about it.
As you can see in the video even Sissy was running around trying to see them.

Cool video. I think I saw a dolphin! I also noticed the horns on the dodger. I'm glad Sis got in the video.
