My 10 year old nephew is one of the smartest people I know!

After learning that Ryan and I were moving onto a boat and going to start traveling he asked "What are you going to do for money?" Ryan and I looked at one another and smiled. This was not the first time someone has asked us that. So we explained to him that we have a sailboat and that we will use the wind to get us where we want to go and that we have a wind generator to make all our electricity and a water maker to make our water. And we can fish for some of our food and since we own our boat and have these things that we don't have any bills like most other people. We also explained that since Ryan and I have known for a long time that this is what we wanted to do we had sold all of our stuff including our house and have saved all our money; so we didn't need jobs, but if we did need money then we would stop the boat for awhile and get jobs. He nodded approvingly and said, "So instead of buying lots of stuff to make the perfect life and to make you happy, you're going to live the perfect life by enjoying it and seeing cool stuff." I couldn't have said it better myself! What a cool kid.

How Sweet!! You have to love kids especially when you know you don't have to keep them :D
